Light Rail Power

This one-day workshop will review and propose an up-to-date and forward-looking concept of what it means to work with light rail in design, corridor planning, investment and city-shaping project contexts. The event begins with an overview of contextual and land-use planning-related challenges, then moves into specific sessions framed around; contemporary international LRT projects, corridor demand estimation and planning, urban design opportunity, then project management and economic considerations.

Separation Distance Guidelines

This information session will see four experts present on the EPA’s new Recommended separation distances for industrial residual air emissions guideline, covering the referral authority, State Government and planning law angles. This new guideline spells out how to apply a separation distance appropriate to each case. The session will include an opportunity for questions from the audience and a networking session with drinks and canapes.

Urban Display Suite

WPN and PIA Victoria proudly present the hit musical show 'Urban Display Suite' for one very special performance in May. If you haven't seen this deliciously malicious satire on our national obsession with the property market then don't miss this opportunity!

Following sold-out seasons at Adelaide Cabaret Festival, 45 Downstairs and MTC, Urban Display Suite comes to Thornbury Theatre for a night of tandoori-tanned real estate agents, tasteless architecture and boring auction anecdotes that you will actually enjoy.
