Here’s how you get started
To access your ‘My Account’, you’ll need to reset your password using your email address. Watch our quick step-by-step video here to see how easy it is to log in for the first time.
Alternatively, follow these steps:
- Go to planning.org.au
- Click on 'Log in' on the top right
- Click 'forgot password'
- Enter your email address
- An email will arrive shortly. Click the link to reset your password. If you don't receive an email (check your junk folder), then please email or call us
- Enter your preferred password
- You'll be taken back to the website homepage
- Click 'log in' again
- Enter your email address and your newly created password
- You'll be logged in! You can now check out your member dashboard
