What we do
The VEP (Victorian Emerging Planners) is your local group for Emerging Planners supported by the Victorian Division of PIA.
We are here to connect, support and inform Victorian Emerging Planners through events, regular updates and representation. Being a member of the VEP opens up a range of valuable opportunities and pathways:
- Professional development: Attend forums/seminars on critical planning issues or topical planning projects
- Representation: Get involved in an organisation that actively seeks to have issues relevant to the profession and the future of Victoria raised in the public domain
- Networking: Attend networking events to develop new contacts within the profession
- Mentoring: Receive guidance and support from senior members of the planning profession;
- Socialisation: Meet your peers in more relaxed social events and find your community.
