PIA NSW | Transport Symposium 2026
The Transport Symposium is a biennial event bringing together leading planners together to offer forum on key matters related to transport planning and its intersections with engineering, design and placemaking. This year's topic is Streets for All Users: urbanism and mobility at human scale.
Streets for all users: urbanism and mobility at human scale.
The biennial Transport Symposium returns in 2026 following a sold-out 2024 event - don’t miss this standout addition to the planning calendar.
As our regions, towns and cities evolve, streets are where planning meets daily life. They are movement corridors, social spaces and economic connectors. Planning them well is essential to ensuring that increased density and population growth are supported by transport systems that provide access to jobs and services, while also supporting opportunity, inclusion and quality of life.
Full program to be announced soon!
