Speaker
Pip Metljak, Partner, HWLE Lawyers
Pip Metljak is a partner at HWLE Lawyers with over 15 years’ experience advising on planning, development and environmental law. Working closely with planners, developers and government, Pip acts as a trusted consultant across the full lifecycle of projects, from early strategy and due diligence through to approvals and delivery.
She has extensive experience advising on complex development matters, with a strong focus on navigating the planning system, managing risk and helping project teams achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes. Pip works collaboratively with planners and other consultants to position projects effectively and resolve issues as they arise.
Pip is also an experienced advocate, regularly appearing in the Environment, Resources and Development Court, as well as representing clients at Council, CAP and SCAP meetings. This gives her a detailed understanding of how planning decisions are made in practice and how best to guide projects through the system.
She is recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a leading South Australian Planning & Environment Lawyer and is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Women in Planning Network.

Registrations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event date will not incur any fees and a full refund will be granted.
If you cannot attend and you are within 14 days of the event date, you can transfer your ticket to another person.
In all other situations we cannot issue a refund or credit.
