Victorian Division Rules
In accordance with Section 4.2 of the Institute’s By-Laws concerning Management of Divisions:
a. The affairs of each Division of the Institute shall be administered by a Division Committee under the direction of the Board of Directors and in conformity with the Constitution and these By-laws.
b. The Board of Directors may approve Division Rules of procedure supplementary to but not inconsistent with these By-laws, which shall include rules regarding the Constitution and election of Division Committees, meetings of the Division, the management of finances and auditing procedures.
