The Commonwealth Government's Nation Building and Jobs Plan along with the NSW Government's housing boost have created an immediate demand for Town/Urban and Environmental Planners. Over the next 3 years the private and community sectors will be working closely with state government to deliver over 9,000 new social housing properties for NSW.   • Engaging consultants and the reviewing and editing of their work for use by our client including Statements of Environmental Effects and Environmental Assessments. 
  • Reviewing development assessment applications made on properties adjacent to sites owned by our client and making representations in regards to these. 
  • Providing in-house planning advice to Project Managers on key strategic projects.

The ideal candidate:

You will have worked in the planning industry within NSW for around 10 years. You will have gained broad experience in statutory and strategic planning including development assessment and strategic planning studies.
