The terms of some current members of the Victoria Division Committee expires at the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 21 September 2010 at 5.30 pm, Graduate House, 220 Leicester Street, Carlton.

Nominations are hereby called from members to take up positions on the PIA Victoria Committee. Please note the following:

• Nominees must be current financial members of the Institute.
• Retiring members are entitled to renominate.
• The proposer and seconder of each nomination must be members of PIA.
• Nominees are encouraged to attach statements in support of their nomination.
• The successful nominees will serve for a two year period commencing 21 September 2010.

Nominations must be addressed to PIA Victoria Division, Suite G-05, 60 Leicester Street, Carlton 3053 and be lodged at that address by 4.00 pm Tuesday 14 September 2010.

Faxed nominations will be accepted and must be followed immediately it original hard copies by hand or post.
