New Residential, Commercial & Industrial Zones - Their Application & Implications (Bendigo session)
On Monday 6 May 2013, the Minister for Planning announced the final details on the proposed reforms to Victoria’s Commercial and Industrial zones, following consideration of the Ministerial Advisory Committee’s recommendations on zone reform.
Under the reforms announced by the Minister, a number of changes are to occur to the Commercial and Industrial zones, including the replacement of the existing Business 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 zones with the new Commercial 1 and 2 zones, and amendments to the Industrial 1, 2 and 3 zones.
