This year our Keeble lecture is being given by Dorte Eklund, Executive Director, Major Cities Unit at Infrastructure Australia, will present the Keeble Lecture. Dorte sees cities as significant contributors to the world’s ills, yet they are home for more than 50% of humanity. Australia is one of the most urbanised countries in the world. Yet our Constitution suggests that urban planning is not a matter for national governments.
