Planning Officer, Shire Exmouth

Currently we are seeking the services of a Planning Officer to work with the Executive Manager Town Planning. The Shire ideally prefers a candidate formally qualified in statutory planning, however graduates or persons in current operation of tertiary studies will be considered. Strong analytical and customer service skills will be advantageous.
Council operate under a Collective Agreement with this position classified between Level 7 and 8 (remuneration salary will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience). Total Remuneration Package up to $90,017 with conditions for this full time vacancy as follows:
Cash Salary $57,000 to $64,000 (inclusive of the Exfactor allowance)
District allowances* $1,430 to $2,860
