The continued success of TPG has created a unique opportunity for an Associate Town Planner in Sydney, offering the potential to develop into an Associate Director.
You’ll be required to project manage and provide expert strategic and statutory planning advice on a wide range of TPG’s projects, including scoping and costing projects, tracking job costs and managing deadlines. You will work closely with directors to deliver services including planning approvals, strategic land use studies for rezoning, EIAs, preparation of DAs, urban design, master planning, due diligence and property advice assessments.
To be considered for this position you must have tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or a related field with an expert knowledge of NSW planning legislation and controls. You must have demonstrated experience within a consulting environment and some NSW public sector experience is preferred. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as experience managing small teams of Town Planners.
