Gillian manages the PIA website including updates on all pages, managing the PIA Employment Directory and Find A Planner Directory. Gillian also manages all aspects of social media, e-marketing, technical support for the membership database and any other aspect which can appear online.

Lauren’s responsibilities include answering visitor inquiries about the company, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, assisting members, sorting mail, answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for guests to meet with company staff. She also assists the membership team as needed.

Annie is the Healthy Spaces & Places Coordinator who delivers the Healthy Spaces & Places training to local governments around Australia. Annie has a diverse background in planning, community development, indigenous education, social research, professional development and training, and policy and program service delivery.

Lauren is responsible for developing, implementation and maintenance of marketing strategies to meet the Institutes membership objectives.

Amanda Maskill

Lifelong Learning Coordinator
Amanda Maskill

Amanda operates within the Lifelong Learning Department which looks after national education and continuous professional development (CPD /PD) activities throughout the country, she is responsible for the administration of the Certified Practicing Planner program and University Accreditation/Re-Accreditation applications. Amanda also provides secretarial support to the National Education Committee and conducts CPD Audits throughout the year.

Some of her other duties include answering general enquires, advising members on learning pathways, providing support to education projects and PIA working groups.

Yeshe manages a range of membership activities, notably development and maintenance of the PIA Code of Membership, as well as its dependent functions including the assessment of membership applications, fees, renewals, management of member records, review of member services and reporting to the PIA Board and CEO.

Jemima is responsible for administration of the Membership Database, processing of membership renewals/payments ,handle general enquiries in relation to member services, provide advice on maintaining and updating the Membership website and assisting and supporting the surrounding teams.
