Pacific Tsunami Appeal 2009

Our pacific neighbours from Samoa, American Samoa and
parts of Tonga have recently been struck by natural disaster.
Our thoughts and hearts go out to all effected by the
30th September earthquake and tsunami. PIA urges its
members and wider community to best assist this disaster
through
donating to the Red Cross Pacific Tsunami (Samoa & Tonga)

Revised Draft National Education Policy

PIA's Education Policy for the recognition of Australian planning
qualifications has been revised by the National Education Committee
and endorsed by National Council for consultation purposes.
The draft revised policy includes the purpose of the policy,
alternative planning degree pathways  and guidelines for planning
programs, core curriculum  and procedures for accreditation visits.
Comments on the revised policy are invited.
